How NŪR works as a team

The NŪR Team and how it works:

As our valued clients, many of you already know that we work together as a team. Rarely will you have just one practitioner in the room – often a supervisor will assess your progress during your treatment. This model works best to ensure that every single client receives the same attention to detail and that every client’s skincare strategy is carefully monitored and adjusted.

How We Are Different:

In a typical spa you are able to choose your practitioner – we understand many people have favorites, however in most places your practitioner’s skillset and experience can vary drastically because they don’t receive any formal training and instead rely on their own experiences, which is why it makes sense that you would want to stick with the person with whom you’ve had a great experience. At NŪR, we place the utmost priority on every single client receiving not only the very best treatment from us, but we ensure that every client is on the right track to skin optimization. Anisa generally meets with first-time clients and clients about to finish up their programs, so that everyone has a chance to connect with her and voice their concerns. She also frequently checks in on clients to ensure they are on the right course. If you have a specific need to meet with Anisa, please speak with the front desk and we can book a consultation.

Extensive Training

Once a client’s strategy has been set, our highly trained practitioners will step in and perform the treatments on the same course. We never forget about you though – being a small boutique operation means that we know all of our clients and are able to give each and every one of you the attention you deserve. We have meetings about you (not in a creepy way, but to ensure your progress is on the right track), and we make adjustments to your protocols as needed. We routinely analyze your progress to ensure you are on the best protocol for you. Finally, our practitioners undergo a rigorous training procedure. They shadow Anisa or a senior practitioner for about a year before they are even placed on the floor to perform treatments, and even then they are supervised for up to 2 years before they are able to fully function by themselves. The rigorous training includes emphasis on placement, pressure, patterns, as well as a technical skill so that each and every treatment feels consistent from one practitioner to the next. If we move your appointment from one practitioner to another due to schedule, we ask for your understanding and trust in our process – we will always do our very best to serve you.
